Delete Your Account & Data
The fastest way is inside the TallyLens app. If you no longer have the app, request deletion below and our privacy team will process it.
Delete instantly in the app
- Open TallyLens and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab (or the account screen if you are awaiting approval).
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your sign-in identity and profile are removed immediately. If you use Sign in with Apple, you will be asked to confirm with Apple so TallyLens's access to your Apple ID is revoked.
What happens when your account is deleted:
- Your login and profile (name, email, company assignments) are permanently deleted.
- Inventory count sessions you recorded are business records owned by your company and are retained by it.
- This action is irreversible once processed.
