TallyLens Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TallyLens Android Mobile Application,TallyLens Cloud Hub, and associated edge inference APIs.
Optical Computer Vision & Verification Disclaimer
TallyLens utilizes high-speed edge neural networks to estimate and track physical inventory items. While our models achieve industry-leading precision, optical detection can be influenced by physical conditions (such as extreme occlusion, lighting variance, or rapid motion blur). The pre-upload Review Screen provided in the mobile app allows operators to verify, edit, or adjust counts before committing them to the permanent ledger. Operators and enterprises are ultimately responsible for final count reconciliation and inventory audits.
Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Service
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TallyLens Android app or TallyLens Hub, you represent that you are an authorized representative of an enterprise customer or partner organization and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use TallyLens services.
User Accounts & Access Controls
Access to TallyLens is granted on an enterprise tenant basis:
- Account Provisioning: Operator accounts are provisioned under corporate email domains. Each user is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
- Role-Based Access: Capabilities (such as model OTA distribution, user deletion, or ledger auditing) are partitioned according to roles (Platform Admin, Tenant Admin, Manager, Operator).
- Acceptable Use: Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with TallyLens client binaries, neural model weights, or API security endpoints.
Proprietary Rights & Data Ownership
Customer Data Ownership
Your enterprise retains 100% exclusive ownership of all inventory count tallies, SKU classification records, facility identifiers, and operational telemetry submitted through your accounts.
TallyLens Intellectual Property
TallyLens retains all right, title, and interest in and to the mobile application, web dashboard, neural network architectures, INT8 quantization runtimes, and all proprietary trade secrets.
Service Availability & Offline Continuity
TallyLens services are engineered for high-availability warehouse environments:
- Cloud Service Level: We strive to maintain 99.9% availability for the TallyLens Hub API, excluding scheduled maintenance.
- Offline Queue Resilience: The mobile application includes an automated offline session buffer. Operators may continue counting during Wi-Fi drops; counts will sync automatically once network connectivity is re-established.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TALLYLENS AND ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF INVENTORY, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM COMPUTER VISION CLASSIFICATION DISCREPANCIES OR SYSTEM OUTAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TALLYLENS' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOUR ORGANIZATION UNDER THE APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION ORDER DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Account Deletion & Contract Termination
Either party may terminate an individual user account or enterprise organization subscription according to contract terms. Operators may initiate data deletion at any time via the Account Deletion Request Portal.
